Contact

To ensure access to the on site staff for your particular needs please utilize the one of the following options:

  • Non-Emergency - place a Service Request via Condo Communities.

  • Speak to the Front Desk during business hours in building B (108 Waterfront Court).

  • Contact the Front Desk at either 1-403-371-5558 or concierge@waterfrontparkside.com.

After hours this phone line is forwarded to the Castor Condos emergency line - so the number above is the only one you ever need.

  • The May 21st, 2026 AGM has yet to be officially announced. In preparation it is recommended that the owners review the May 8th, 2025 AGM Minutes, as well as the publication on the Hot Tub survey results.

These items will be included in the AGM package.

  • The full replacement of the rusted and leaking parkade piping has been completed. All cast iron on the P2 and P3 levels of the parkade has been converted to fire rated IPex piping (XFR) to be code compliant and remove the concern of future piping rusting out.

  • The parkade repair project is in full swing. The work being completed by CCD Western and under the supervision of RJC Engineers includes:

    • Repair of delaminated membrane (or concrete) throughout membrane coated parkade levels.

    • Exposure, packing and seeling of non-structural cracks in the slab that lead to leaks to lower levels.

    • Injection of foundation wall cracks in the East and West foundation walls of P3, and the West wall in P1.

    • Repair of cinder block walls damaged by settling (the West bike room and the East bldg D elevator egress facing North).

Repairs are expected to be completed in middle of April. Many thanks to all residents who have had to vacate their stalls for periods of time to complete work.

  • The parkade cleaning has been pre-scheduled to April 27th & 28th using the same phasing plan as before (P3 and North side of P2 on the first day, South side of P2 and all of P1 on the second day).

This year’s closures will be somewhat longer as time has been extended to allow for a repaint of the original line work.

Plans are in motion to transfer any remaining stall numbers up to adjacent pillars to avoid fading.
