The corporation’s documents are available through the current owners of any unit at Waterfront Parkside Site 2 by logging into their Condo Communities profile onthe community home page.

To ensure access to the on site staff for your particular needs please utilize the one of the following options:

  • Non-Emergency - place a Service Request via Condo Communities.

  • Speak to the Front Desk during business hours in building B (108 Waterfront Court).

  • Contact the Front Desk at either 1-403-371-5558 or concierge@waterfrontparkside.com.

After hours this phone line is forwarded to the Castor Condos emergency line - so the number above is the only one you ever need.

  • The May 8th, 2025 AGM draft minutes have been posted to the Condo Communities website. Owners and their representatives having accounts can access these documents for free.

  • In appreciation of the owners and residents of Waterfront Parkside, Fountainhead Mechanical and Castor Condos provided a free barbecue to residents and guests. Nearly 500 burgers and hot dogs with drinks were served.

    This was a 2/3 (Fountainhead Mechanical) and 1/3 (Castor Condos) cost share. No funds were taken from the Condominium Corporation for this event
