Speak to the Front Desk during business hours in building B (108 Waterfront Court).

After hours this phone line is forwarded to the Castor Condos emergency line - so the number above is the only one you ever need.

The next annual general meeting of the owners will take place on May 8th at 6 PM. We will be hosting the meeting at the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre, just south of the property.

The guest suite is now ready for leasing. Only residents and owners that live on the property are permitted to rent the space for their guests.
Availability is found in the Amenities section of your Condo Communities profile.

The Jacuzzi is now open for all residents at Waterfront Parkside. For specifics about dress code and access, please review the Amenities Policy in the Waterfront Parkside Primer.

As of February 1st, 2025 professional management services for Waterfront Parkside Site 2 has transitioned to Castor Condos.
The limited service agreement excludes some services on offer as we work to build out a new on site team to provide direct services including concierge, building operations, security and an on site coordinator.
