  • I am pleased to confirm that the Board of Directors has secured my services for the January 1st 2025. Owners and residents will get direct information emailed to them at the email addresses they have on file with the Catalyst Condo Management Ltd. team.

  • With the termination of the Catalyst Condo Management services agreement, all owners will be required to complete a new PAD Agreement authorizing the collection of condo fees by Castor Condos Ltd. on behalf of your condominium corporation.
