Some repairs have been planned on the property for the replacement of doors and upgrading of hardware.

Specific information will not be posted until the work is completed (as it highlights security flaws that expose the property to break ins).

Castor Condos has gifted all residents new “No Junk Mail” stickers. To use them, they must be placed inside your mailbox so the mail carrier can see them.

All old stickers on the surface of the mailbox will be removed by janitorial staff in the near future.

Following review of issues with the front door unlocking, the board has agreed to activate the reserve funds allocation to complete a replacement, upgrading to an Akuvox R29 intercom. This will provide an additional camera facing the front entrance (outdoors) to help investigate security issues.
