Door repairs and upgrades have been completed this summer, including full replacement of the West entry and upgrade of the parkade access doors with interlocking astragals and handle covers.

Castor Condos has gifted all residents new “No Junk Mail” stickers. To use them, they must be placed inside your mailbox so the mail carrier can see them.

All old stickers on the surface of the mailbox will be removed by janitorial staff in the near future.

The front intercom has been replace (and upgraded) to an Akuvox R29 intercom. This intercom provides an additional camera for the building’s CCTV system, while modernizing the building frontage to a touch screen.
