The 2025 Annual General Meeting was held on September 9th. The draft meeting minutes have been posted for owner access:
The 2026 AGM will be announced once the audit package is received from Cremers & Elliott LLP.

The board of directors has planned to update the Reserve Fund Study in conjunction with an update of the hardscaping (the most common requested improvement by owners).
Owners that wish to be involved can reach out to Info@CastorCondos.com to provide insight and suggestions. The board intends to bring options and costs back for owners to review before making major architectural changes.

Thank you to all owners and residents that came out for the last BBQ of the season on September 12th to eat, play games and ultimately just to connect with their neighbours.
