The board of directors have setup a Facebook group for owners and residents of Kelvin Grove to join:

This year the Kelvin Grove Community Barbecue has been scheduled for Sunday, August 23rd from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
All food and drink will be provided by Castor Condos.

The new budget for the 2026-27 fiscal year (beginning October 1st) has been approved and released by the board of directors.

The 2026 Construction Project by Fire Ant Contracting is nearing completion.
There are still minor deficiencies to address before pay out, however no further temporary ban on parking is required to do so.
A big thank you goes out for all the patience from residents that were inconvenienced by this major project.

The minutes for the January 23rd, 2026 Annual General meeting have now been posted below (along with the AGM presentations and reports).
The next Annual General Meeting is tenatively scheduled for January 26th, 2027.

All guest vehicles must be registered through the Visitor Parking Registration page to avoid sanctions, tickets, tags or towing.

As discussed at the previous AGM, security concerns are now being addressed with the installation of security cameras on site.
