The board of directors have setup a Facebook group for owners and residents of Kelvin Grove to join:

This year the Kelvin Grove Community Barbecue has been scheduled for Sunday, August 23rd from Noon to 4 PM.
Residents and owners should stay tuned to their email for updates on this event.
All food and drink will be provided by Castor Condos. We would like to thank the board for the use of propane and a barbecue to make this event a success.

The 2026 Construction Project by Fire Ant Contracting is nearing completion.
There are minor deficiencies to address, however owners and residents need to stay tuned to their email for notice to vacate the South Parking lot of stripping, compaction and paving as the final major component of this project.

The minutes for the January 23rd, 2026 Annual General meeting have now been posted below (along with the AGM presentations and reports).
The next Annual General Meeting is tenatively scheduled for January 26th, 2027.

All guest vehicles must be registered through the Visitor Parking Registration page to avoid sanctions, tickets, tags or towing.
