As of January 1st, 2027 management services will be transferred to Castor Condos.

Until then owners and residents should continue to direct their inquiries to the current management team at Catalyst Condo Management Ltd. at 1-844-902-6636 or Support@CatalystCondos.com.

To prepare for the transition, owners are encouraged to complete their PAD Agreement before December 28th, 2026.

All owners are required to submit a PAD Agreement in compliance with directions from the board of directors as authorized by article 3. m) of the bylaws.
