Three of the five values that Castor Condos embodies demands engagement with external organization (Education, Advocacy and Collaboration). To that end I participate and support the following organizations:
The Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta
Dustin is a member of the association, having previously served as of the chair of the board of directors. Castor Condos is a proud sponsor of The Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta.
The Canadian Condominium Institute, South Chapter
Dustin is a director at large of the local chapter having previously served on the planning committee for the Alberta Condominium and Real Estate Conference and now as chair of the Alberta Condo Conference. Castor Condos is a proud sponsor of the South Alberta Chapter.
The Condo Owners’ Forum Society of Alberta
Dustin is a past secretary and current director. In addition to serving on the Advocacy team, Dustin leads a monthly meet-up (free to all condo owners, members and non-members alike) on the 4th Wednesday of each month. Castor Condos is a proud sponsor of the Condo Owners’ Forum.
The Real Estate Council of Alberta
Castor Condos is a brokerage licensed by, and held accountable by RECA, as required by Alberta Legislation.

Regular contributor in stakeholder sessions contributing to legislative reform including the development of the upcoming Alberta Condominium Tribunal.
