The board and management are collaborating on plans for a Neighbour Day get together with a community fire pit and music.
More details to come - though the current plan is BYOB, BYOB, BYOC (bring your own beef, beverage and chair).

The new budget goes into effect on June 1st. With a modest 2% overall increase, the board was able to stretch your dollar further. This includes a 96% reduction in bank fees and a 26% reduction in the insurance costs since the previous management company.

As a service to the residents of Glendale Court, a community bin has been scheduled to be on site (on the 3910 side) for disposal of furniture, building materials and other junk. Tires, hazard waste and paint are not accepted, but residents are welcome to use the bin so long as it is not overfilled.

With the Roofs now cleared, a request has been made to get the roof repairs postponed form November 2024 scheduled.

The week of May 26th is tentatively planned for a cleaning and re-sealing of the concrete on the property. This will help preserve the remaining life span of the concrete on site.
More details will come about which concrete will be temporarily closed and how access will be handled (to avoid damaging the sealer).
The final timing is subject to weather.

The Telus Fibre Optic upgrade is completed. Owners and residents now have access to higher speed internet by Telus.
Residents that do not wish to utilize Telus may be able to leverage the introductory offer from Telus to get a discount with their existing provider.
