  • The new budget goes into effect on June 1st. With a modest 2% overall increase, the board was able to stretch your dollar further. This includes a 96% reduction in bank fees and a 26% reduction in the insurance costs since the previous management company.

  • The minor and localized repairs that were postponed from November are now scheduled for this Spring.

    Please anticipate that contractor’s staff will be utilizing parking stalls on the property to stage their work. If they obstruct your stall, please take a visitor parking stall in lieu instead. Thanks!

  • The week of May 26th is tentatively planned for a cleaning and re-sealing of the concrete on the property. This will help preserve the remaining life span of the concrete on site.

    More details will come about which concrete will be temporarily closed and how access will be handled (to avoid damaging the sealer).

    The final timing is subject to weather.

    Owner hose bibs are requested to be on for this service.

  • The board and management are collaborating on plans for a Neighbour Day get together with a community fire pit and music.

    More details to come - though the current plan is BYOB, BYOB, BYOC (bring your own beef, beverage and chair).

  • Cleaning of the buildings’ windows and siding will be completed by Calgary Property Services on June 23rd and 24th.

    Please ensure your hose bibs are turned on for the season, otherwise your unit may not be fully cleaned.
