Founder
Dustin Gutsche, B.Sc. Eng., B.Ed., Licensed Condominium Manager
Following careers in education and survey engineering, Dustin ventured into Condominium Management as an educator and advocate for both condominium owners and condominium boards.
Having served in all executive roles on two different condominium corporations his experience in reserve fund planning, large capital projects, balancing budgets and helping boards and communities to navigate the complexities of running a non-profit corporation made the transition to a licensed manager a natural one.
In the years that followed, Dustin has demonstrated a passion about educating and advocating for condominium stakeholders in Alberta and driving the profession towards a higher level of expertise and integrity.
Choosing to start a new platform with his particular skill set and background, Castor Condos Ltd. was founded March 20th, 2023.
