About the Channel
Given the demands by municipalities to densify developers are being forced to produce low income and multi-family residential housing in order to be granted lands for development. This means condominiums are now a fast growing sector with some developers adding thousands to the market annually. Now more than ever owners, boards and managers need timely and accurate support.
The purpose of this channel is to ensure that good information and education is widely accessible, with no bias. To meet that goal I have committed to the following boundaries:
The channel will never be monetized. I believe everyone has a right to free access to the information free from manipulation by vendors.
The channel will never be biased. I believe that given the right information, all parties should reach the same conclusion on how to navigate challenges and conflicts. Any benefit of one group over another is inherent to condominiums or the legislation.
The channel will promote good ideas and products for condominiums. If an idea or a product is promoted there will be no benefit to me directly or indirectly - it’s just a good recommendation.
